What percentage of hydroxyapatite does this toothpaste have?

The percentage is not clear of each ingredient but the further up the ingredients appear in the list is an indication of more of that ingredient in the product itself. The lower down its listed the less of it is included.

What is the exact percentage of hydroxyapatite? I ask because to be as effective as fluoride at preventing cavities it should be minimum 10%.

Do not know, but it is shown as the 11th ingredient down out of the list of 34.

Flouride free or not? As I scrolled on I read "active ingredient flouride"

Not sure where you saw it - I have just looked at the tube again and it says fluoride free (among other things it's free of) with other certifications.  I don't have the box any more so cannot tell what was written on that other that what can be seen in the photo. I didn't see it was included that on the Amazon's product page (about this item) either - I did check myself before purchasing.  I do hope the description is accurate.

Is there artificial sweetner in this? Sure i saw saccharin in the ingredients

Not sure if it sweetens, but it does contain maltodextrin - which causes cavities.  Why this ingredient is in a toothpaste is anybody's guess.
