Had a problem with it and the support from the seller was super. Fast response from then and very helpful.

I bought it in March of this year and now in December it no longer works. It’s a beautiful faucet and we’re hoping they can send us a replacement. UPDATE: contacted the vendor and they agreed to send another one. So happy because we really like the faucet.

Really like the hands free aspect of the faucet; I had to drill to get the hole big enough to install; the pressure is a bit too much and get floor and countertop around it wet while running, but I like the size and power of it; its big!

OMG okay so the bolt that it comes with was a bit larger than the hole in my sink but I ended up sanding down the hole in my sink until the bolt fit and the faucets worked incredibly amazing!!!! It has been like 3 months and I havent had to change the batteries on it. I would say the only thing is that polished chrome... well it scratches easy so if its best to warn EVERYONE in the house using them to not use harsh sponges or towels to clean them.. I typically wash my hands and run the soap in my hands to the top of it and rinse when I rinse and dry it with the same hand towel after and it stays shiny and clean. I do have to say that this like all faucets work by light reflection so if you are much darker skin... it might not work as well turning on.

It temperature kept changing and it leaked damaging the battery case, would like a exchange

I liked the look of this waterfall design as it was higher and easier for handicapped access. However, you have to adjust temperature under the sink with the mixing valve, which is hard for some people. Also have found that at times it doesn't want to come on if the sunlight through the pool door is coming through. Works fine most of the time. Wouldn't purchase again or would return if in main bath.

The IR sensor is difficult to adjust because it is in the back of the sensor and glued into place.You have to brake the glue loose with a long needle nose pliers ( it’s about 2 inches inside the head) adjust it a little and glue it back in put it all together and check if the adjustment is good for you. If it needs more adjustment then you have to do it all over again. Their customer service makes it sound easy but it’s not. Also the head doesn’t lock in place when you tighten it. It can still move left and right when cleaning it if you’re not careful.I used Sloan before and that was a lot easier to adjust because the adjustable pod was on the control under the sink so I didn’t had to take anything apart.

It works as described and looks amazing. I am very pleased and would recommend it. The hoses could be better, but for the price, you can afford to replace the hoses with name brand which is under 20 dollars. I haven't had any problems with the ones that came with it, but may change them one day.
