Really helps if you've got Dysautonomia
I throw one of these bad boys into a 2 litre jug each day without fail!! Really helps with the Autonomous Dysfunction! There's other brands out there which are more expensive but these taste better and they have more of the good stuff per tab too. If you're on the fence - get of it and buy these! Excellent value for money !

This flavour is the best
Tastes amazing and really works. I took this with me for Umrah and it helped me stay hydrated throughout the day, especially during long walks. Easy to drink and very refreshing. Would definitely recommend.

Taste great & contains the electrolytes I want
Orange is my favourite flavour of these. They taste great & contain the electrolytes etc as listed. The premixed version does taste better & contains Zinc. These are great for tablets though.
