I love her
Why did you pick this product vs others?: After a rocky start (see note below), I now love this machine so much. Pros: - Looks beautiful and feels like a quality item. I've bought other espresso machines that use a flimsy plastic tampers. This one comes with a nice, heavy tamper and other items frequently left out of budget models like the steaming pitcher and a total of 4 filters for different purposes. (Usually only 2) - The grinder is quieter than expected and does a very good job. I'm set to the middle and I think I like it there for now. - It makes a beautiful and consistent cup of coffee once you get the settings right and learn how much to press the grounds. Because of the fresh grounds, it produces a beautiful crema with dazzling iridescent bubbles. - The double espresso setting on this machine makes a really decent amount of brew. When paired with the amount of milk needed to fill the provided pitcher and have room for steaming, it fills my big latte mugs with a spot-on ratio. (My last espresso maker needed 3 shots so I had to run it twice) - The wide head on the portafilter feels substantial and seems to provide a better brew. You get a double shot quickly. - The milk wand does a good job once it gets going. It does take a few seconds after activating it for anything to happen. I suggest letting that first gush of water off into another cup and then steaming your milk. I haven't gotten a lot of foam out of it but I also haven't tried because I don't like it. Cons: - It's really hard to tell when you have enough grounds in the portafilter because you can't see in there while grinding. A funnel would be a nice touch but you can buy tamping kits that have them for pretty cheap. - A lot of excess water ends up in the drip pan from the insides of the machine itself. I really thought I had a leak at first. It seems to be intentional because there is a passageway for it and it is entirely contained to the drip tray. However, it's really weird to have steam rising from the grate below your coffee and find it's full of super hot water after each use. - The milk wand is LOUD. I'm used to them being loud but this one might actually be above a safe level for your hearing. - The manual did not include the error/issue I was having in the Troubleshooting portion. Because of that I had no idea what was up or how to overcome it. By pure dumb luck I got it working before returning it. Note: I ALMOST returned this machine. I literally had another one on order. I tried one more time on a whim and it finally started working! I followed the directions for startup and all the other tricks I know but it would not produce a single drop of liquid from the hot water, steamer, or coffee functions. It was sucking up nothing and then it would give me an error (beeps and all lights flashing). I know from other machines that this usually means it's out of water but there was nothing blocking it. I had removed the red plug before even filling it the first time. It took about 15 different attempts but the water finally started flowing through the machine. Features: Integrated grinder, heavy professional tamper provided, included milk steaming pitcher, 4 filters, wide portafilter head, quality steam wand that is easily repositionable on 2 axis Value for money: Most machines with the integrated grinder are either twice as much in price or don't give you the bells and whistles like a heavy tamper or the steaming pitcher.

Fix the steam wand and grinder
This is trash because I cannot get the steam wand to work. Nothing! No steam machine should be this hard. Why is there not nozzle to just engage? Instead I have to flip it to steam and then wait? Or something. It's not working. Way to much involved also shots don't pull very consistent.. the grinder is way off dose levels. Terrible. Also people I was a barista 8yrs .. so this shouldn't be a hard task but it is. ALSO PORTAFILERS WHEN YOU PULL SHOTS ARE TO BE HOT! THR MACHINE DOES NOT HEAT UP THE PORTAFILER WHICH MEANS LESS QUALITY AND CREMA. YOU HAVE TO PULL SHOTS OR WATER SHOTS TO HEAT IT UP. TRASH. IF I HAD KEPT MY BOX ID REFUND THIS.

Perfect First Espresso Machine – Great Design & Easy to Use!
This is my first time purchasing an espresso machine, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Right out of the box, the premium design stood out — it looks fantastic on my kitchen island and really adds to the overall aesthetic. As a beginner, I found it very user-friendly. The built-in grinder is a great addition and grinds coffee beans into a fine powder quickly and efficiently. The milk frother works wonderfully and makes it easy to whip up lattes or cappuccinos with minimal effort. The removable water tank is another feature I appreciate — it’s easy to fill, clean, and operate. I’ve been genuinely enjoying my morning espresso every day since I got this machine. It’s turned my kitchen into a mini coffee bar! Highly recommend for anyone new to espresso-making or looking for an all-in-one machine.

Game Changer for My Morning Routine!
I don’t normally write reviews, but this espresso machine deserves some praise. I’ve had it for about three weeks now, and I’m honestly wondering how I lived without it. Setup was a breeze, even for someone like me who’s not exactly tech-savvy. It heats up quickly—under a minute—and pulls a perfect shot with a rich crema every single time. The steam wand is powerful and makes frothing milk for lattes and cappuccinos effortless. What really impressed me is the build quality. It feels solid and looks beautiful on my countertop—like something you’d see in a café. The water reservoir is a decent size too, so I’m not constantly refilling it. If I had to nitpick, the machine can be a little noisy during extraction, but it’s not a dealbreaker. All in all, this espresso machine has saved me tons of money on coffee shop runs and brought café-quality espresso to my kitchen. Highly recommended for anyone serious about their coffee!

Great beginner machine with a couple of quirks
This is a solid espresso machine for anyone starting their home barista journey. The built-in grinder is convenient, the 58mm portafilter and heavy tamper feel professional, and the large water tank makes daily use simple. It pulls good shots with nice crema once you dial things in, and the overall design looks great on the counter. Setup was straightforward, and the included accessories (tamper, filters, steaming pitcher) make it feel like a complete starter kit. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because the steam wand can be inconsistent and doesn’t always froth as smoothly as I’d like, and while the machine is advertised at 20 bars, in practice it feels closer to a standard 9–15 bar setup. Heat retention is decent for home use, the portafilter and water stay hot enough for consistent shots, but it does take a little warming up at first. The grinder is a bit loud but works well once you find the right setting. Cleaning is also simple thanks to the removable tray and water tank. Overall, for the price, this machine delivers excellent value for money. It may not match higher-end commercial setups, but it offers a professional feel and solid performance at a fraction of the cost. A great beginner-friendly choice that makes learning espresso at home fun and rewarding.
