How to choose the size?

Dear customer, First, measure the arm length and arm circumference of the demander, and then select the product size with reference to the product parameters. It is recommended to buy a larger size if being strong or wearing plaster.

How many times can you use the product? Will this last for at least 21 uses?

I don’t know but if I had to guess I would say yes. We used it 6 times and it’s still good. It’s a very sturdy seal tight product. My grand daughters arm is on the small/Reg size so if you have a child with a bigger arm I don’t know abt the fit. Hope this helps

Will this fit an 18 month old?

It depends on the size of your 18month old but I would say yes... the hole that the arm goes through expands to ensure a tight fit so water doesn't get inside.
