It works
It is very useful, specially for my husband because he had a lot of pain in his back.It’s not too strong as the classic version however it’s good and we like the smell. My husband say it’s more ice than hot but is works.

Nice relief
This product is nice and gives relief. Not the strongest menthol concentration but it gets the job done. The lavender scent helps you relax as well but it is not too strong. Worth the value of the money spent I would say.
