Noragami: Stray God 19

I've read all 19 volumes out so far in English and am truly impressed. There's a lot of Japanese folk-lore mentioned but the translators do a great job of explaining. The storyline is unique in that it's about a Stray God (Yato), someone who has existed hundreds of years but isn't very well-known and is homeless but wants to change all that once he meets Hiroyi Iki and Yukine. The heavens and other gods (MUCH higher up than him) get involved and it ends up becoming one of the best storylines I've ever read. I don't wanna give away all the good plot bits so go ahead and try it for yourself :)

This was a nice volume. The arc finished, and we dealt with the aftermath. I enjoyed it! I look forward to volume 20. 4.5 stars!

The story, the artwork, and the flow of this manga are all extremely impressive throughout the entire series.

it's great ! the only problem i have is that it wasn't printed very well :/ i would've given this a 5 stars but that sadly ticks me off very badly😔

After over a year of hiatus, we finally get a new volume of the manga and the resolution of that one crazy cliffhanger that left us in sorrow in despair

You know that mystery character from American Gods that nobody can remember? Well what if you based a story around him and set it in Japan. How does a god that requires belief to survive, do so when nobody can retain their memories of him?I marathon bought and read all the books in this series to date after watching the anime. This is not something that I normally do so this series occupies a special place in that regard. It does that thing that I like of mixing the mundane nature of the normal world with the other-worldliness of the other. Readers of Neil Gaiman's work or fans of the Bakamonogatari series will know that vibe. I say give it a shot. Despite already knowing most of the story from the anime I do not regret buying and reading the story in the "original" format.

The manga is very well printed! I recomend to all noragami fans to buy the manga.Very good quality.

The story is great but it looks like the cover was improperly printed which is very disappointing
