It is a pleasure to sit on!
The Hbada E3 is one of the best office chairs I have used. Having experienced a variety of office chairs, including some high-end, expensive models, this chair stands out as one of the most impressive. It offers numerous adjustments to customize your sitting position for maximum comfort, and the added leg rest is an excellent feature that exceeded my expectations. However, the leg rest's build quality could be improved, as it feels less robust and would benefit from a redesign to enhance its durability.Overall, this chair provides exceptional comfort for extended hours of desk work and maintains a high standard of quality. The only notable downside is the assembly process, which requires two people to put together. Despite this, it has been an excellent purchase and one I would recommend.Pros:- High quality chair- Comfortable to sit in for long hours at a time- Numerous adjustments to make it personal for the user to sit onCons:- Needs two people to build this chair effectively- Leg rest could be more robust- Armrest this could be adjusted back further to make it more comfortable

Do NOT Buy This Overpriced Chair they charge $100 to return
I was so excited to get this Hbada E3 Pro ergonomic office chair for $450, thinking it would be a solid upgrade with all the "premium" features like adjustable lumbar support, leg rest, and sturdy build. What a massive disappointment. This chair is nowhere near worth the price and feels like cheap junk that barely lasted a single afternoon. First off, the armrests were a nightmare to assemble. The screws refused to go all the way in no matter how much I tightened them – already a bad sign. The lumbar support is completely useless. It doesn't lock into place at all, so it just flops around and provides zero actual support. I kept fiddling with it, hoping it would click or hold, but nope – total failure. After just two hours of use (and I only weigh 160 lbs), the hydraulic lift completely gave out. The chair won't stay up and slowly sinks no matter what. For a chair advertised as high-quality, this is pathetic. The leg rest? Flimsy at best. It feels like it could snap under minimal weight. All the bells and whistles that supposedly justify the $450 price tag simply do not work. Save your money – this is not a premium ergonomic chair. It's poorly made, frustrating, and unreliable. Very disappointed. Look elsewhere! Also they charge you almost $100 for return shipping and a refund. Save your $$$$If the company reaches out I will edit or delete this post!

Not perfect but still good enough
I really love the lumbar support for this chair. It's not holding me at one position, instead it follows my lower back movement which is very important for ergonomic chair. The armrest is a bit too tall for me. I'm 5' 2" and I have to make my arms wide open so my shoulder can stay flat, not sure if this design is intentional. I tried putting Purple seat cushion on it to raise up my height, but doesn't feel that great compare to the seat itself, so I had to move away the arm rest most of the time while using keyboard. The neck rest was really hard to install. Both neck and back rest are hard to adjust since I have to pull them all the way up to unlock first. Sometimes they would stuck and hard to pull down, so I wouldn't want to adjust them often.

This chair is an investment, not a luxury.
I have a job the requires long hours in a chair so I have experienced a number of discomforts over the years. The lower pelvic support is a game changer. It makes all the difference in comfort. I have tried so many lumbar support chair and they do absolutely nothing to alleviate pain or pressure points. The extendable foot rest is fantastic. When sitting long hours in a chair your feet will get restless so the foot rest is the perfect switch up.The adjustable head rest is a necessity. It's impossible to sit in the same upright position all day so when you want to recline a bit but still focus on work, the headrest provides the perfect support for you head to see the screen rather than looking up at the ceiling. One feature I would never have thought I needed was the arm rests that rotate inwards. When you recline back the armrests move with the back rest so they provide support to your arms as they reach out to the keyboard. Since they can rotate inward, you can adjust to whatever position that is comfortable to reach your keyboard. If I had to nitpick on some improvements I would like to see, it would be the mesh seat. It's actually very comfortable for long hours of sitting and there's no sag in the material so far (1-2 months of use) but sometimes I like to sit crisscross in my hair and the mesh can be uncomfortable rubbing up against my ankles. Wearing long socks alleviates this pain therefore I would not change the seat material if that meant less ventilation or less comfort for long hours of sitting in a normal upright position. If you can't tell I swear by this product. It's not a luxury, it's an investment.

Consider the following before buying:
As a preface, I am 5 foot 11 inches, and weigh 230lbs. I have a muscular build as well, which makes my legs heavier. This chair is definitely not worth the high price tag, nor all the social media ads about this. Here's a not-so-short list as to why:-The box came in shambles, held together by an entire roll of packing tape. The parts were wrapped individually in an obscene amount of foam and tape.-Took me (background as a mechanic in aviation) about an hour to fully assemble. The instructions are not the most clear and the little hex wrench that's included stripped out about halfway through the assembly.-All of the gray supports that you see along the seat and back are not metal, just thick plastic that's spray painted a metallic color.-The footrest is a joke, my legs make the flimsy bar that the footrest is attached to bend and wobble.-Armrests are loose and wobbly, and the cushioning is waaaaay too firm. It's almost as if nothing is there. The tilt function is also very uncomfortable and unnatural. The E3 Ultra does the tilting right compared to this- The cushioning is more uncomfortable on the headrest, however, the seat cushion itself is all right. The bottom line is I'm definitely returning it, and going for a more well-known brand like Steelcase or Herman Miller. I'd rather pay the same amount of money for a more quality chair.

Severely in love
I’m not gonna lie the reviews and Reddit had me TERRIFIED to buy this. But I really wanted to upgrade my bucket style gaming chair with an ergonomic option without compromising on the aesthetics. What prompted wants the change was that I kept getting severe neck and back pain and I work from home so I’m on a chair all day.In comes this beauty of a chair because omg is she pretty! In person? Even better! But what mattered were the ergonomics…EVERY SINGLE THING they advertised worked perfectly. The back easily adjusts for your specific height, the lumbar has 4 settings to adjust to your specific preference (I specify that it’s 4 settings because this might be what’s confusing people…you have to hear the “click” to know it’s in a position where it will stay). The neck adjusts like a dream too. Like to sit cross cross? Not a problem just adjust the actual seat a bit forward and get cozy (I’m 5’4, 140lbs for reference). I personally didn’t find the arms too high at all and they adjust in many ways…I just wish the pink version had the same arms as the white one but no biggie. To recline? Oh many it’s genuinely so comfy and this is coming from someone who was scared to make the switch to a mesh chair bc I have sensitive skin. The chair is well made, it’s sturdy, it’s pretty and my back and neck have been feeling a whole lote better. I’m not paid at all I swear…if anything I honestly used to work for a competitor but I felt compelled to write this because I’m genuinely shocked at how crazy some of the reviews are online when it’s such a well made and comfortable chair. Oh and I almost forgot the foot rest!!! Super super sturdy and nicely cushions with a really smooth feeling leather PU. This has genuinely just been one of my fav purchases!

Did not perform as expected
Based on all the good reviews, I hope I just recieved a rotten apple. But first, this was far less comfortable than the $200 gamers chair it was to replace, even though this has tons more bells and whistles than my old one. Second, it only holds "best" position briefly, with any of the plastic position ratchets, particularly in the backrest, coming loose before long. Along with that, if the main back falls below the rim of the lower back support, it's terribly uncomfortable and will even pinch my back. Yet if they all are spaced out well, the lower back support spring it too weak to really function at all. The primary tilt spring, too, is far too weak, offering no back support outside of a locked position. Unaware of this, I felt as if I was falling backwards upon lean. Note: there is NO adjustment possible for either spring tension. Thus, to lean back upright is like leaning forward from any fixed reclined position. And even with the seat slid as far back as possible, if I lean back enough I end up sitting on the hard plastic frame. Not comfortable at all. I liked the fairly wide arm rests, but wish they slid back farther and the front portions were longer. I was really excited awaiting this delivery, and designing custom armrest attachments for most ideal mouse pad and keyboard supports, along with an automatically upright cup holder. I hate to have to return this, but I'm convinced I need to at least pick out my next locally, AFTER sitting in it. Regardless, I hope Hbada listens and upgrades next design dramatically. But honestly, every part seemed cheap and weak, not at all standing up to the very high price. I'll pay as much or more, but only after an in-person test.Update for Amazon, not the chair: I've never had to return anything this large and cumbersome, but Amazon made it quick and easy. I'll keep ordering much more than I need, and with confidence.

Terrible Customer Support From HBADA for such and expensive item
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEGREAT CHAIR BUT TWO VERY BAD ASPECTS( Adjustment and Armrests)The chair is great, but man something recently with them regarding shipping is wrong.I bought one from here (Amazon) and another on their website (hbada.com). DO NOT buy from them directly. It has been a month and half with no shipment or details. Two weeks after I paid they never reached out to explain the delay and take a week to reply to any emails I send to the support asking about it. They will send you the same copy pasted “sorry about the delay want 15$ off of this 500$+ purchase and we will maybe ship it out in another month.”They have delayed twice now but I only find out by asking them, they will never tell you.Not just me btw, look up HBADA shipping Reddit and you’ll find people saying the exact same thing. Also they have a shipping policy of 3-9 days that they truly do not care about. I am appalled at how little they care or realize most people buying direct have no where to put them on blast for how they truly are since you can’t leave a review on their website, so instead here is a REAL review on their Amazon storefront page.I like my chair it’s very comfortable but now I’m wishing I gave my money to a better company that truly cares about their image, also I really hope nothing breaks for this since I KNOW their customer service is terrible and you really can’t expect any help from them. If you don’t care to get help or anything else than the chair from this company then it’s a good buy I would say while on sale, but let’s be honest, at this price tag there really should be much better support than what they have. I would honestly rather pay a little more and get an actual support warranty and all the bells and whistles that come from the competitors at this price range. As for ONLY chair review wise, everything is good about it except for the adjustment and armrests. These two are HORRIBLE but not a deal breaker. Adjusting the chair is annoying but once you have it set honestly just dont touch it (until it inevitably clicks out of where you have it set). The armrest on the other hand are very table dependent but I have found that they just aren’t really that good given the comfort and adjustment. They sit very high up so if you have a lower table your arms will dig into the edge of the armrest which honestly could do with better padding. The legrest is really nice, chair bottom is floaty and it has good ergonomics. The normal lumbar/back support is good but the two side portions kinda don’t really do anything.I really don’t expect to hear anything from the support but will try to remember to update this review once I receive the other order. The one from Amazon directly came fast and it is good, this is mostly when buying direct from them HBADA. ORDERED on 7/8-14 (I do not want them to know my order # given the exact date but will edit once received.) Have yet to receive order, reached out to support 3 times and both have said about the same but change the “EXPECTED” shipping date lol, not even delivery date.

Almost perfect.
Armrests don't go back far enough to have my arms in a resting position.
