Finally got to try this out on four long flights to Auss and back. Paired effortlessly with mu Bose NC headphones with no percevable delay to the sound. Made long flights much more enjoyable (?) With clear sound without the wire getting in the way. I was also surprised at how long the battery listed- not on the full flight but quite a lot of the 23 hrs each way and didn't run out!! Definitely a great buy and is now permanently in my headphones case. Didn't try pairing a second device, will try this next time. Small case to put it in is good too.

Excellent little item that worked well with my AKG headphones and was super easy to pair. Excellent battery. Lasted a 12hr flight with lots of charge left. Has two pin adapter for airplane socket too if needed, all packaged in a little pouch for convenience. Highly recommend for the price.

Really handy to have a Bluetooth transmitter for in-flight entertainment so you can use your wireless earphones/headphones. The option to pair a second device and watch a film together is nice too, though we haven't actually done that beyond testing. Some airlines have a 'watch together' feature though, which eliminates the need, and better syncs video too so you're still watching your own screen, and have independent volume control. Pairing was smooth, but (re-)connecting can be a bit flakey, and a dance of disabling Bluetooth on your phone or whatever else might've connected. To some extent that is just Bluetooth, but there's not really a good excuse for it not taking over once the audio's playing. Nicer feel & design than other Avantree models, and the inclusion of a short USB cable to both charge and take audio from IFE is a nice touch.

I fly long haul 2 to 3 times a year on business and have been meaning to buy something like this for awhile. After reading the reviews et cetera, I opted for this one. As long as you follow the very clear instructions to turn off Bluetooth on your phone or any other device before trying to pair, it was easy to set up. I flew with it yesterday connected for the entire flight and it worked perfectly. It had hardly used any of its battery power still having four of the five lights when I charged it. So far so good.

Simple to set up with AirPods, no lag in my tests. Product feels qood quality, comes with carry purse, two pin adapter and usb to usb c charge cable. Ours came fully charged. Sounds great too.

Long term use review. I bought this adapter nearly 2 years ago and have used it multiple times on long haul flights on various different airlines. It's so easy to carry, always connects first time to my Bose noise cancelling earbuds and the sound/sync is perfect. So much better than airplane headphones and wires. I'm often asked about it on flights and am suprised that more people don't have them. This has been one of my best Amazon purchases.

This little monster has made my days so much better, from using on my metal detector to flying 10+ hours one way. It frees up all of the tangles of wires and makes my life easier!

The tech was working great on a couple of flights until yesterday when I was using it an air steward lightly knocked the device while putting down my in flight meal tray. The audio jack shattered leaving small pieces of metal in the jack socket, my meal and scattered across the cabin floor. So no in flight films and no inflight meal for the last 10 hours of my flight as a result...

Der Adapter kam sehr gut verpackt an. Die Einrichtung und die Verbindung mit den Kopfhörern ging sehr fix. Zudem ist die Anleitung auch verständlich. Im Flugzeug konnten wir den Adapter testen. Ergebnis einfach sehr gut. Akku hält lange, Übertragung ohne Verzögerung und in guter Qualität. Das verbinden weiterer Kopfhörer auch einfach. Zudem kann man zwei Kopfhörer sogar gleichzeitig nutzen. Für den Preis super. Vor allem kann man es ja auch außerhalb vom Flugzeug nutzen. Definitiv klare Kaufempfehlung

Bought it for a recent long airplane ride from Dubai to Canada. Was Flying on ITA Airways. Didn't need to use because ITA allows direct bluetooth connection, but I tested it on my laptop and it worked as stated. Only problem is trying to remember the directions to connect/pair since I don't use it very often.
