The product worked super well up u til it started to have issues and started malfunctioning. I had it for a few months and then the start button started to act up. It would still grind the beans after having to click the button a few times but then it officially stopped working. I took apart the pieces that came out and made sure nothing was broken but it still wouldn’t budge. Really upsetting because it was a good grinder when it worked. UPDATE: The company reached out and sent me a new grinder replacement! Wonderful customer service!

This is a great little grinder! I use it daily to grind flax seed, and it takes about 5 seconds. The timer feature is super helpful, and it’s relatively quiet.

I have had this for a few months. I use it for grinding small amounts of wet and/or dry ingredients such as ginger, garlic, or dry whole spices. It works pretty well. If you're using the wet cup you need to put an adequate amount of water for the grinder to work. The dial chooses the length of grind time, not the intensity. It's easy to clean. I usually just give it a rinse and stick it in the drying rack. The cups and lid were a little finicky to get them to lock in place initially but once everything is worn in after a few uses, it works fine.

Initially loved the grinder, however after only 3+ months it is sporadically not working. Trying to get support, but I keep getting routed to "self troubleshooting links." When it works, it's awesome. Edit: I am editing this review due to finally contacting the company directly, as before I was trying to go through amazon. It seems that as soon as they heard from me directly, they immediately offered a replacement. Great customer service.
