What's the difference between the green & blue besides color?

I don’t think there is a difference except for the color and if you’re planning on buying it with a hsa card the blue is not approved for hsa purchase.

How do I know if I need a 24mm or a 27mm?

If you Google how to measure what size flange you need. And you have a tape measure or a ruler. You can figure out your size- that’s what I did and it worked out perfectly.

Can I sterilize this in a microwaveable sterilization bag? Or what method would you reccomend? Don’t want the parts to morph.

It’s pretty much safe to sterilize in any way you can boil, use a plastic sterilizer for the microwave, or use the breast pump sterilizing bag!
