My usual 1.5 ounce packets had shrunk to .95 ounce and looked like they had been tumbled in a dryer. A light dust of cocoa powder was everywhere. Honestly they looked like they had been sitting on a cheap motel morning buffet for months. I called AMAZON and was issued a refund and I threw the packets away after trying them and feeling sick. I reordered and got my usual boxed 1.5 packets within days. AMAZON, get rid of the nasty plastic bag shipments. You are cheating customers by selling smaller older packets without telling your loyal buyers! Not cool!! **Q: I have ordered ghirardelli double chocolate premium hot cocoa in the past are received the regular hot chocolate. will i actually get the double?** A: Yes, our listing will be guaranteed to be 10 packets of the Premium Hot Cocoa, Double Chocolate from Ghirardelli. It will be packaged in a gift box with the packets inside. **Q: What is the size of one single serve packet in inches, in the box of 10 packets?** A: 0.85 ounces **Q: Is this product GF not contaminated with wheat** A: I checked the ingredient list and there is no wheat but there is a warning that it may contain Wheat ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excelente *by M***A on 5 November 2023* Llego super rápido ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yummy *by K***R on 28 August 2026* Yummy, only hot chocolate mix I use since trying it in a gift several years ago. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Short expiry. *by S***U on 14 November 2024* Received on 14/11/24.
