Problem is the individual dosages aren't very high, with 100% or less of suggested daily consumption supplied, and two pills are needed to total that amount, So this bottle provides only one month's supply, with the cost of a daily dose pretty high compared to more mundane sources like a daily multivitamin. Can't comment on how well they work over long term use.
