It provides some benefits, so to be fair, not bad in total. As it is priced fairly, I think it is a good product.

I started taking yesterday, just two and another 2 today. I think they're great . They get rid of wind (constantly) and make you poop more than usual. Yes poo is very dark but nothing to worry about. I'm taking to lose weight and at this rate I will be. Give em a go. I've tried £50 supplements for weight loss which did absolutely nothing . You know these are working from day one !

I'm giving 4 stars as a good product and works but worth keeping in mind some of the cons, if you're particularly sensitive to them: Pros: Does the trick. Taking after a heavy meal does help with bloating a lot. Cons: Hard to swallow. Very easy to feel like choking. Not good if you struggle to swallow average sized tablets because these are definitely larger than average. Turns your poo black! 💩 Think this is because of the charcoal inside. Don't think it's anything to worry about but is a bit startling when you first start noticing. 😅

not seen much benefit to bloating. Good ingredients but low dosage levels, so unless have to take for months to see any benefit, don't feel value for money
