Do you need to keep taking this in order for the benefits to remain or do you need to just it once a day for a month to see permanent benefits?

Depends on your lifestyle. Myself, once in awhile. If you drink alcohol a lot I would say you need it often. You can tell if you over stepped

I have asked this ? on your site & not rec’d an answer. I have heard that probiotics need constant refrigeration. Is this true?

Hi, I'm just someone who has bought this product before, I'm not affiliated with Klaire Labs. But! I do know that most probiotics need to be refrigerated, or at least kept below a certain temperature. However, this product is formulated to be "shelf-stable" meaning it can remain potent at room temperature. Shelf-stable probiotics are great, but you should not store them at temperatures exceeding (I think) 80*F. I realize I'm not an expert, but there's a lot of info online and this is a great product. Hope it helps!
