Quality issue
Liked the fit and feel of the shorts until the stitching on the pocket unraveled and I dropped my car keys. I had to retrace my ride and luckily found them.

Bigger guy, and these fit great! High hopes!
It may help you to know, i’m 6ft, and 250lbs. For me, the fit was actually correct! My waist is about 40 or 42 for most pants, and the XX large fits great! I’m a bigger guy, and have been having a hard time finding cycling gear For me. These so far are a winner! I hope they’ll feel good during the rides. If they don’t, I’ll update to reflect. But so far, I’m very pleased.Only Con: the liner isn’t removable. But not a deal breaker for me.

Poor fit!!!
There were a lot of reviews about what size to get. I bought the size according to the chart. They fit around the waist and around the legs,,,,BUT the pad inside hangs down 2 to 3 inches. That is super irritating. If i pull them up above my bell button then they fit. Stay clear.

XXL good for waist sizes up to around 40”
XXL is an ok fit for bigger guys, up to a ~40” waist. I’m 6’1” and 238 lbs with a 38-39 waist, and they’re only just *slightly* baggy on me.They seem to be made well, and they certainly didn’t skimp on the size of the sewn-in chamois pad. It’s gigantic. Yuuuuuuuge! Like sitting on one of those old fashioned hemmiroid dounut thingys.

Awesome value
I think these are sized just about right. I have big quads/thighs and wear a 34" currently, and the L if anything, is slightly too big, so will also be ordering a Medium to try. I would think if you are 36" or so, a L is good, 38"+ probably needs the XL, otherwise, these are fantastic and a great value. Fit well, very comfy on a ride I did today, trail riding for 15miles, and really helped save my tush, so I am very happy with them. The Drawstring is nice to tighten them up if needed as well.

Great-looking and comfortable!
I purchased these shorts based on the high reviews as I recently began mountain bike riding. As I write this review, I don't recall the specific things mentioned by other users/reviewers, but here's what I like about them: 1. The built-in cushioned seat-pad; 2. the stylish-looking "board short", instead of tight-fitting spandex-type short, that reveals every bulge, bump, etc.; the advantage of this is that you can wear these shorts as casual wear, if necessary; 3. seem very well made and have maintained their original look and integrity; 4. the conveniently located zippered pockets on each thigh, and a smaller one on the rear waistband; again, seem very good quality! Overall, extremely satisfied with these shorts! Highly recommend!

Good choice for lower cost baggy shorts.
I’m way past the age for lycra. I ride a fitness bike a lot of miles in an urban area. I have several sets if Pearl Izumi baggy shorts with liners bought as model closeouts that are getting old. These shorts have as comfortable a liner, dry as quickly, have zippered pockets and are are good baggy shorts at a reasonable price. The material is more coarse than my P.I’s, but are comfortable. The waist is elastic but not adjustable. The padding is not removeable. I wear 36 pants, these shorts in a large are a little snug. I would not downsize them. Will be buying several more.
