Marvel Legends Series Gambit, X-Men Comics Collectible 6-Inch Scale Action Figure

This Gambit is really cool. Very different design of his classic look.It has good articulation, wish it came with more accessories.

Good Action Figure

This version of gambit i liked. Mainly because this one doesn’t look all goofy. This wasteland version of him looks awesome.

The Gambit action figure arrived in great condition. 👍🏼

The articulation is good, with extra accessories.

Gambit has a history of Marvel Legends releases, but surprisingly there hasn't been much variation of the characters appearance aside from his iconic look from the X-Men: The Animated Series and the Blue and Yellow uniform that was put into a three-pack recently. This release from Hasbro seeks to add some variation to the character by using a version from the comics that hasn't appeared in about three decades, and while it would be nice if it was faithfully recreated in action figure form there are a few issues with it. For one, the art on the back of the box shows a panel from the comic this version appeared in but, the figure lacks the actual colors that represent it. The knee pads for example are brown rather than silver, which is the case for the other brown pieces that are located on the character giving it a much uglier look then the comic version. Aside from that there's the plastic cape that hinders a lot of the articulation of the character which makes it hard to maneuver to the point where it's worth taking off entirely and replacing it with a third-party cloth cape.I was initially excited for this release when it was revealed, but after getting it in-hand it has become probably one of the least liked Marvel Legends in the collection. The face sculpt is nice but there's little else to write home about this figure.
