Salty berry boost
A twelve pack of drink sachets. One of those packs you cut along the top to then open up a seal so you can close up again if needs be.Each sachet needs cutting open. It contains 5g of powder which you mix with water for your drink. See a guide on the back as to how much water needed to get strong or mild tastes from it.It's to help with muscle cramps dehydration and fatigue. It's sugar gluten and gmo free and also vegan. It contains trace minerals complex coconut water and is Berry Lemonade flavour. And it's quite nice.I think it's the lemonade that makes it work. It's not as strong as some lemonade. But that's fine. Because it's a pleasant easy drink, which really does deal with dehydration. And did give me a bit of an energy boost at the same time.I like this one quite a lot, and I look forward to getting through all twelve.

Salt Berry Lemonade is the ultimate Salty Boost
Salty boost salt berry lemonade flavour is one of the best hydration drinks I have used, the flavour is fantastic & not like other products that taste artificial. I mix this in my pre-work out drink along with carb-x(cyclic dextrin) & essential EAAsโฆโฆ fab! Mix in 500ml or less for strong salty taste, 750ml water is the sweet spotโฆ. And 1L is mildly salty. This is the electrolyte I order over & over 5*****

Pleasant Flavour, But Small Quantities Per Sachet
The sachets are rather large, giving the impression there is more powder in them than there is. In fact, the sachets could be half the size and still have plenty of room to spare. I only mention it because some similar products have at least double and some have nearly four times the amount in them. I like to have a strong flavour and a strong boost in a glass of water rather than making a litre. I use them to replenish my husband after a walk which often makes him feel weak. These sachets do the trick but I use a whole sachet in half a pint of water. This gives a strong flavour, which he likes, and has an almost instant beneficial effect. I originally tried a sachet to a pint of water but the flavour was too weak and he didn't like it. The Berry Lemonade flavour is delicious and the second most interesting of the ones I've tried in this range. The overall flavour is salty and sweet, Stevia being the sweetening agent. I cannot taste the coconut water.

Significantly aids rehydration and recovery
I ordered the Ultra Lyte Electrolytes Drink Mix - Sugar-Free Salty Berry Lemonade Powder for myself.I don't tend to have a regular workout or to visit the gym, but I regularly get dehydrated on a daily basis.I've wanted to try an electrolyte drink mix for some time and this seemed like the perfect product to test out.The product arrived neatly packaged and in very good condition with 12 individually wrapped sachets. Each sachet can be diluted to taste and either taken as a stronger, more salty shot in 250ml of water or diluted in up to 1000ml to add a subtle flavour and sip throughout the day.I was hopeful that it may help with my stage 4 endometriosis and symptoms of chronic fatigue. At first, I emptied a sachet into a 500ml bottle of water and the combination of trace minerals and coconut water seemed to mix in very well. The taste is still quite strong and salty, which is not unpleasant and takes a while to get used to.It has quite a subtle berry flavour and is easy to drink after the first few sips. For a less noticeable salty flavour, you can dilute this in 1000ml of water. It's reassuring to know that this electrolyte drink is sugar free and rich in sodium and chloride. The product appears to be manufactured by a reputable supplier out of Utah in the United States of America. Each sachet has only 3 calories and is also Keto friendly. The combination also includes magnesium and potassium to aid recovery and rehydration. After 3 weeks, I've noticed some improvement in the hydration of my skin and particularly around my eyes and face.I've taken one sachet a day and first thing in the morning to see any positive impact on my health overall. As such, I've almost used 2 packs of the electrolyte drinks which may prove expensive in the long run.I think, as a temporary measure to aid recovery from an intense workout or, as a test to see the benefits of a boost in electrolytes and any positive impact on reducing fatigue whilst supporting rehydration, this appears to be a great idea. The product is most likely not intended to be taken continually or longer-term, and not without medical advice.Overall, a great product that I will continue to buy to see if it can help with chronic fatigue and dehydration. It appears to be priced competitively compared with similar products on the market.
