I have no problem with the product. It's great flooring. Looks great, easy to install and at a good price. The problem I'm having is getting the right flooring. There are two different textures. The same pattern but two different textures. One has a rough texture and the other a smooth texture. Also the one with the rough texture is also a little darker than the one with the smooth surface. My order included one smooth and one rough. They cannot be laid together because they don't look right together. The packages have the same order number. You need to tell the manufacturer to have two different orders numbers so they can be separated. I had to send one back because I'm using the smooth floor tiles. I've been working on my kitchen floor for a month trying to get the right tiles to finish my floor. I've had three orders from another manufacturer and they kept sending the wrong tiles so I switched to Amazon and like I said I got one smooth and one rough. Talked to a representative at Amazon all he could tell me is to reorder the order and if I get the wrong one to send it back. It's very annoying to have to keep going through this. It would save a lot of trouble if you could get this straightened out. I haven't reordered my second order yet. I'm getting ready to do it so if anyone can help me through Amazon to let the warehouse know when they ship my next order to make sure it's the smooth tiles that I need.

The pattern is beautiful and I love how it looks. However, the packs (pack of 20) we sent were of two different shades, which wasn't noticeable until we had several of the second pack down next to each other. One of the packs had corners that were bent - I don't think it was during shipping, because it wasn't both packs - we thought that since it was adhesive tile, that once the back was peeled off and it was placed down it would be fine. Unfortunately we were wrong- several hours later and they are curling up. I should have laid them all out, but they looked the same color and the last tile I ordered all the packs matched in shade, and I should have shipped back the curled edges, but hindsight is always 20/20. Lesson learned.

Absolutely LOVE this fun tile, looks just as shown, was easy to apply and continues to stick in the bathroom after a few months (we applied the tiles to a fresh piece of wood that covered floor original flooring) - no problems. Great quality, slightly textured. Buy it if this is your style!

Easy installation. If you peel rough, the actual tacky part will start peeling. It is pretty but not made to last. The same day I installed them they were “scratched”. The pigment does not last! I tried rubbing out the “scuff mark” lightly with magic eraser and the color started to come off as well. I tried another gentle solution with water and soap but it’s not a scratch it’s the color starting to fade in a scratch-like form. I bought two packs. Disappointed with the quality. Don’t waste your money on this product!

Easy to apply and looks great. The only problem I had, was an Amazon worker decided to roll up a pack to fit in the box, which obviously damaged the tiles. Word to the wise lay out the tiles first and make sure they don’t have any defects before laying down. Some had a few scuffs. Overall happy with the finished project.

Love these tiles. Very easy to put on floor.

Ordered 14 packages. It came in 2 boxes of 7 packages each. Of those, 1 box had 7 perfect packages of tile, and the other box had 7 packages of messed up tile that did not even color match. I opened the first box and was satisfied with the look, so I put them in the kitchen to warm up to the floor. When it came time to put them down, I found that the second box was completely messed up! The light parts of tile were more cream colored, as opposed to grayish on the first box. You could see the lines where the adhesive is on the back, but on front of tile, and they were covered in tiny scuffs. I ended up using it anyway, as I didn’t want to wait, but it certainly was not ideal. Also, you’ll definitely want some additional adhesive if you go with this tile. Glue is very flimsy.

These tiles are so fun and look really good. I had someone installed them and she said it takes time and patience to get them on just right and match them up but it’s worth it. It changed the whole room. We laid them over tile and you can’t tell. Very functional for a laundry room or a bathroom. It doesn’t appear that they would peel off. We ended up needing one more box but overall still feel like it was a good value for the money.

The product did not come in individual boxes when I purchase the same type of flooring not only is the individual square floor is bent out of shape. It’s also really thin. I’m getting cheaper product and paying the same price. Is this because now if I returns the product the customers have to pay extra more money to Amazon I’m getting to the point where I’m not gonna buy no more products from Amazon again this flooring is cheap. It’s supposed to be thicker like the rest of the flooring that I purchased seven months ago, very disappointing
