How do I trim my new insoles to fit my shoes?

Full-length Superfeet insoles are designed to be trimmed to fit your shoes, so use household scissors to trim them while leaving a 1-2mm gap between the insole and the end of the shoe, and note that ¾-length insoles are not meant to be trimmed.

What are the benefits of Superfeet insoles?

Superfeet insoles improve the fit, function, and feel of your footwear, delivering all-day support, targeted comfort, and performance benefits that help your feet feel fresh, so you can move comfortably, go farther, or go faster.

What should I do if my insoles squeak?

Squeaking is usually caused by improper fit, so remove the insole and trim any creased areas to leave a 1-2mm gap at the shoe's end, try baby powder or a dryer sheet underneath, and test another pair of shoes in case yours are too wide.

How should I clean my Superfeet insoles?

Occasionally hand wash insoles with mild soap, warm water, and a soft-bristle toothbrush if needed, rinse well, blot with a soft towel, and air dry away from heat, never machine washing or drying them, which damages them.

How do I break in my new insoles?

Superfeet insoles may need a two-week break-in period, so wear them 1-2 hours on day one and 2-3 hours on day two, then gradually increase wear time daily until your feet are comfortable wearing them all day.
