3 of the 4 fits a small tray just right
I took a chance on these for my small harvest right trays, even though these are designed for the medium size. I don't know why it's so tough to find accessories for the small trays, seems the small size is not a popular one.Regardless, I took a chance, and sure enough, 3 of the 4 dividers fits the small trays, which is perfect, because now I only have to buy a total of 3 sets to fill all 4 of my trays :)The picture is three of the silicone sets on the small freeze dryer tray filled with OJ (pre-freezing). I prefer freeze drying on parchment paper instead of silicone, so I use these to pre-freeze my juices. Fits 1/2 of juice in each square perfect. I freeze, then pop out of the silicone mold when frozen onto the parchment paper on my tray, and then put in the freeze dryer.

Liquids and purees need to be prefrozen and popped out onto the dryer trays without the molds
The product looked nice and well-made, and fit well in the freezer tray. They appear to hold about 1 cup each of the puree I was trying to freeze dry, which made it easy to remember how much water to add to bring them up to the 1 cup per individual portion I was trying to freeze dry. I had them pre-frozen when they went in the dryer. Unfortunately, after a full cycle with 4 other trays of loose cut vegetables, they were dry on the surface but still icy cold and wet in the center down to the bottom. Definitely NOT what I wanted! I will put the partially dried puree squares onto a tray without the molds and finish them off today when I run another batch. I am still glad to have them, as I think they will have many uses, especially to have individual portions that are known to be 1 cup before drying, but I will make sure any liquid or puree that goes in is definitely pre-frozen and then popped out onto the dryer trays before processing them.

Makes for Quick Bagging
I live these portion trays. I can freeze food in them and pop them out and FD, or FD food in them. Excellent purchase

Heavy duty n Flexible
These are the best! They are sturdy and food comes out quickly. I have two sets, and I am going to buy one more. I freeze soup or whatever, pop them out and then freeze dry the food out of molds. The space between when set on the tray facilitates freeze drying food. (Faster) They also look nice in perfect shapes. 🥰 Thanks for an excellent product!

Must have for liquids
Freeze dried 6 dozen eggs with no issues. They are a little expensive for a set to fit all 5 trays but we'll worth it.
