Great tasting, very effective
Mono just makes me hurt and bloat after a few days - no such issues with this. Yes, its a pain to mix as its so light but it tastes great in orange and the results speak for themselves - nice lean gains. Cant wait to get back on it after this pre holiday cut

Not sure were to start, the flavor is vile!! An artificial orange flavor that is so strong it makes me want to vomit as soon as it touches my tongue even watering it down or mixing with orange juice doesn't effect the flavor, and although it does mix well it's so gritty you have to wash your mouth out, saying that it is value for money should last at least 3 months I just hope I can stick it out till the end

Der Geschmack ist sehr gut. Die Löslichkeit in Wasser ist im Vergleich zu anderen Creatin Sorten von anderen Marken relativ gut. Wirkung wie gewohnt von Creatin.

Hab bestellt angekommen , Geschmack ist gut, jetzt abwarten ob es hilft beim Training und ob das creatin wirklich die Muskeln aufbaut bzw die Stränge,

1 Portion mit 3000 mg dürfte genügen. Ich wiege die 5,8 g mit einer Feinwaage ab, da der Messlöffel nicht stimmt. Gestrichen hat er ca. 8,87 g. Geschmack gut. Nach der Einnahme ist nach einer gewissen Zeit ein Pumpeffekt spürbar. INebenwirkungen wie Durchfall oder Magenschmerzen gibt es nicht. Im Gegensatz zu Creatin-Monohydrat. Man könnte 3 g am Morgen und 1,5 g am Abend oder vor dem Training zusätzlich einnehmen.

Hatte schon öfter das Problem bei Creatine, dass das Pulver sich nicht richtig aufgelöst hatte. Hier gar kein Problem, das Pulver löst sich super und geschmacklich ist es auch Top. Bin mega zufrieden mit dem Produkt und werde es wieder kaufen.
