The viewing window is a game changer, you don't have to keep opening the lid to see whats going on inside...I Love this grill so far compared to my Weber Genesis and it's half the price. Very easy to assemble. I did have an issue with some marks on the back of the grill not sure how they got there, I messaged Monument through desertcart and they answered within a day and sent me a replacement part and a bonus item, they are a company that definatley knows excellent customer service, I had a few other questions and they responded to them in a very timely matter.
