I've been very happy with this cream. It's easy to apply, has a smooth texture, and feels soothing after use. I also like that it contains witch hazel, which provides a refreshing sensation. The tube is easy to use, and only a small amount is needed each time. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product and would purchase it again

I had to wait a couple of days to be sure but in three days I feel complete interrectal and outter relief from the painful sitting and standing inconvenience, it does significantly shrink the hemmroidal tissue. The only issue is if you take bowel movements before the pain is completely gone it will return (because it’s not healed yet I’m assuming) drinking smoothies and eating less food helped a little with keeping softer movements while the pain was excruciating. I recommend. Used preparation H for almost a week before purchasing, it helped with pain a little but didn’t actually start to reverse the problem like this one Does. Comes with a short applicator with holes. Good product for the price

This works extremely fast to relieve discomfort. I did not know how uncomfortable these were until about 2 days ago when I had my first one…..oh the pain, the itchiness, the irritation…..like fire ants running around in my pants. Ants in my pants kind of uncomfortable. I tried several home remedies and nothing was soothing this or helping. I bought this as an over night shipping option along with some white hazel wipes. Within seconds of application it began to feel better and less swollen. This has a topical vasoconstrictor in it. It constricts blood vessels similar to the way epinephrine or adrenaline constricts blood vessels. Within a few minutes of application the hemorrhoids were about half the size they were before application. The relief was immediate and I am simply happy I found something that helps. This works and it is inexpensive. It includes a weird top that dispenses the product out of all sides of the tip. I do not really understand this but perhaps it is for pushing into the bottom and then dispensing it all around the rim of the rectum. I feel like that’s not sanitary so I threw that away and used the regular top. It is easy to apply with a cotton pad and there is instant relief. It contains pretty much every ingredient available over the counter to treat hemorrhoids. It could contain lidocaine but instead uses Pramoxine HCL instead of lidocaine. I was a bit worried this would not be enough but I was previously using a lidocaine ointment and it was not giving me relief like this. This is my first time encountering a hemorrhoid and finding relief so quickly makes me feel a lot better about having it. I felt a little embarrassed going to the store even though I am not one to get embarrassed easily it’s just my first time encountering this problem so I liked that this was shipped discreetly and no need to announce to the store clerk near my house, and everyone in line behind me that I am experiencing this problem. I would go buy it there if I had to but I much prefer the option to ship discreetly. It works fast and it works well. I recommend it if you’re looking for something that shrinks them nearly on contact. That vasoconstrictor works amazingly fast. Good product.

This is a really good product. The cream is very cold and I do recommend this.

I wish I knew about this wonderful cream postpartum or earlier recently when I had an issue so I could apply it on day one to avoid the pain. I was having even trouble to sitting because of it, and as soon as I applied it, it immediately alleviated it. I have used many creams and ointments with minimal or 0 results but this cream has been amazing and I had no expectations from it. Get it!

Works well, no stinging. It has a cooling effect to it which is soothing. Definitely worth the price.

Maybe the hemorrhoids were just too far gone for this to really help, but this barely made a difference. I was hoping and praying this would help and used so much before I had to prescription strength from the doctor. I don't think it put a dent in the pain, or cooling. I think it helped a little with the itching and burning.
