First and foremost, these ASUS laptops do NOT come with any accidental damage cover as I discovered to my annoyance if you're buying anywhere else other than the USA. After accidentally damaging my screen, I spoke to HIDevolution, and they explained this to me, and told me I would have to pay $98 to ship it each way and then also pay for the repair work. I was not happen but I understood this was ASUS's fault not HIDevolution. I spoke to a fella named Zoltan and his customer service skills were excellent and he managed to work out a better deal for me, where I only had to pay to ship it one way and they would take care of the rest. But please beware, there is No accidental breakdown cover! And you cannot purchase AB cover either. But saying that, the laptop is an absolute beast, it can handle high spec games easily, it can handle rendering at 1080p very well too. The best laptop I've ever owned, and from now on I'll protect it with my life lol. Buy this laptop!

I ordered the laptop in the morning and it came in the evening - fantastic! As for the laptop it is well made and not as heavy as I thought it would be. I love the way the keys light up as it makes it easier to navigate. I didn't buy this as a gaming laptop but for using Photoshop, GIS etc. The specs on this laptop handles the software without any problem. The keyboard came as US and I contacted the company who got back to me about an hour later. Great service and communication.. I like the matte screen as there is no glare which is great for using Photoshop etc. I can't comment on the speakers as I use headphones and everything is good. The start-up is really fast and the graphics quality really good. All in all this is a good laptop and worth the money for the specs on it.

Delivered in less than 24hrs of ordering and after months of comparing specs vs prices it's been well worth the wait. The display is what finishes this amazing machine off, the GeForce GTX 960m is like watching UHD TVs..brilliant. Well worth the money

Got the product for my MSc. It runs smoothly although i use 2-3 VMs some times.Only negative thing it has frozen a couple of times for no reason (was just browsing or running a game), so i guess maybe it was something with the Windows 10.Also the intel graphics card driver is crap, it will get annoying as while browsing it flickers and sometimes black spots appear on the browser so you have to close and reopen the broswer.Also the Space button isn't that comfortable as if you press it on the side it doesn't respond. (need to push it around the center)

So far so good, graphic is really nice. Tried to play GTA5 with high graphic settings and everything was nice and smooth. Metallic cover is really better than the previous plastic one. For a laptop a bit heavy then I expected.

The battery life is terribly bad! The sound effect is bad bad bad.... I can hardly believe this is a laptop for gamer! Really?!?!
