Customer Service only needed a little "push" and now 5 star.
UPDATE: Customer service mix-up and it has been corrected. Out of 8 batteries, only one had a defect. After further communication, all has been resolved. Great batteries! OLD*** When you experience a battery with a defect, you will enter the world of "no help" and get the biggest run-a-round of your life. A myriad of requests by "customer service" which only gets bigger as you comply and then you finally realize that you are being SCAMMED.

Great little batteries
Great little batteries, ran them parallel with a 1000w inverter and haven't had any problems. Charge them separately and then in parallel. Two 100 w solar panels and you can run them day and night. Perfect for security systems or any 12v sensitive applications
