I like the Pure Encapsulations Methylcobalamin 1,000 mcg - Vitamin B12 Supplements because the capsule is small and easy to swallow. I purchased it to replace the cyanocobalamin version because I read that your body can use methylcobalamin better. It is a little more expensive, but I think it is working better. I haven't noticed any side effects, bad taste or smell and haven't had any indigestion or stomach ache from it. Pure Encapsulations seems to have quality products, I have used other supplements they make and haven't had any problems. I will purchase this product again.

This brand of supplement is in a transparent capsule which makes it very easy to swallow , digest and absorb. I am glad to have chosen this brand. The price is reasonable. I have no reservation in recommending this buy as I will buy it again.
