Disappointing quality.
Disappointing quality. I get mulberries all the time and figured, that this new brand deserved a try. Price was good, but the quality of the mulberries was disappointing. There were lots of stems in the bag and eating these berries was not pleasurable in any way. Tried to send them back, but company does not accept returns. What company does not stand behind it's product by offering customer who order online the opportunity to return items that are not as described or to the customers satisfaction? Perhaps they were getting lots of returns because of the poor quality? Take a lesson from Zappos - give your customers a chance to return goods that don't fit!

These are white mulberries
When I was growing up, my grandmother had a huge mulberry tree. I'd pick the berries and she would make jam and preserves from the ones I didn't eat.I didn't realize these weren't the same luscious dark purple berries.. They are white berries, and taste ok. I've been mixing them with other foods like oatmeal, etc so as not to waste them. Otherwise I wouldn't finish the bag.

Not bad. If you like Nativia's mulberry you'll like this ...
Not bad. If you like Nativia's mulberry you'll like this product too. They taste exactly the same. And it's cheaper also with the extra add-on value of the cookbook.

Wouldn't buy these again
These were disappointing. They were full of twigs (which can actually be eaten without even noticing you're eating twigs which is a good thing cause otherwise I'd have to pick them out which would be a pain). But there were a lot of over dry (or maybe they were bad before they got dried) mulberries. I wouldn't buy this brand again.I like Navitas brand and just tried the Immortalitea brand which are good too and cheaper than Navitas.

Delicious right out of the bag!
I've never had mulberries before and was anxious to try them in a Super Food Oatmeal recipe I found. They are delicious right out of the bag! And I was shocked at how good they are for you! I've read what a difference it makes to buy organic. They are worth every penny! An easy way to get important nutrients in and have it taste so good too. So glad I ordered them!

I was very disappointed in the quality of this product
I was very disappointed in the quality of this product. I saw a lot of stems, which I'm told is normal, but the big negative was the black spots on almost every piece. I'm told that the pieces themselves can vary in color because of the pressure applied to them through processing, but what I am referring to are the dark black spots I saw on and mainly under the surface. I've had enough mulberries to know that this is not normal. I may have just received a bad bag that wasn't representative of their level of quality as a whole, and this can be expected from time to time with a natural product. All of this being said, the company stands behind their product, and they were quick to offer a refund. And Amazon, as always, was stellar in their customer service as well.
