I’ve worked long days, gotten into fights, crawled through places nobody in their right mind should ever be, and i can tell you one thing — you don’t want to be the guy everybody smells before they see. This stuff does its job. The Rainforest Rapids scent is clean without smelling like you dumped a whole bottle of cologne on yourself. Wood Barrel Bourbon has a little more attitude to it. Smells like the kind of guy who’s willing to throw the first punch if he has to, but would rather not. It keeps me fresh through a full day, even when things get stressful. The ingredients feel better on my skin than the cheap stuff i used to buy, and i like knowing I’m not rubbing a bunch of junk under my arms. It’s aluminum-free. Only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five? That “72-hour protection” sounds a little optimistic. Maybe if you’re sitting on the couch all weekend. If you’re running around town dealing with work, family, and…let’s just say unusual situations…you’re probably going to want another swipe before day three. Still, it’s one of the better deoderants I’ve used. Smells great. Lasts a long time.

So I buy the men in my life Dr. Sasquatch brand everything during holidays and for birthdays and have never had any of them be disappointed. A few of them have started buying it on n their own. There are such a nice variety of scents as long as you kind of know what they normally wear it's a no brainer (if not I usually get them clean or ocean scents and that works out great).

For men that smell buy no harmful ingredients and used to break out in hives from all other brands. Since I have used this no skin irritation has taken place. It is very good when it comes to sweat conrol and works well right after a work out. i would say hurry and buy this.

Dr. Squash makes excellent soap so I thought I would try the deodorant. The "Wood Barrel Bourbon" has a mild smell, the "Rainforest Rapids" is much stronger, but a pleasant smell as the description implies. I tend to have problems with clear or gel style deodorants not lasting very long or being useful when I sweat. This is more of the white material and seems to last through most of the day! For reference I am a male in my 40's who works out regularly. I would continue to buy this deodorant, this company makes some good products!
