mio Unwind Blood Orange Hibiscus Liquid Water Enhancer with Magnesium & B Vitamins, 1.62 fl oz Bottle

I was on the search for a water enhancer that was sugar free, and I decided to give the Blood Orange Hibiscus flavor a try. The fact that its an interesting flavor profile paired with Magnesium and B Vitamins was a huge selling point for me. The flavor is amazing, and the hibiscus isn't overpowering or too floral. Quite literally better than any flavored drink I've had. It completely curbs my desire for soda at this point. Getting a consistent strength is somewhat difficult, so I try to count to 3 seconds while squeezing the bottle with moderate pressure in about 18oz of water. I can't say enough about this flavor, and will continue to purchase this, and am excited to try the other flavors in the Unwind lineup as well!

Great taste. I really have liked the unwind mio. It helps after a long day. The magnesium seems to help. Im not sure if it is because it is already in an aqueous state and so it is easier for the body to absorb. But tha is my guess.

I don’t know about Weather. It makes me sleepy or calmer. I don’t notice any difference. However, I do love the flavor. It’s blueberry with a hint of lemon without too much lemon. It is such a refreshing change from some of the other flavors that so many brands have. It’s my new favorite.

Good flavor and value.

I love the taste! It doesn’t have a gross artificial sugar taste. No aftertaste. And I definitely feel a little relaxed after drinking a couple glasses of water. I would for sure recommend this product !

I have been purchasing mio water enhancers for years, and was surprised to find that they started producing a version with sleep-enhancing qualities. They are tasty, easy to use, and have zero sugar. These particular ones are caffeine-free and do not impact your energy level, but I do notice being slightly sleepy after consuming it. It's easy to mix in water seltzer water.
