From 1 star to 5 stars in 3 days: LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE
This was delivered 07/05. I wrote a 1 star reviews and started the return process, then gave it another chance and I am SO glad I did because this, absolutely literally, saved my life three days later. Obligatory: I'm not a doctor, this is not medical advice, what worked for me may not work for you, etc etc etc.On 07/08 I took the longest flight of my life and had the worst panic attack of my life. I had taken some "herbal relaxant" prior to the flight, iykyk, and I didn't know that it would impact me differently because of altitude and pressurization. My heart rate spiked so high we couldn't count it because the beats were running into each other. My blood pressure skyrocketed. I told my husband I was going to die and I meant it. I couldn't breathe, I couldn't see, I was hallucinating (not the "herb" trust me). I thought an artery in my leg ruptured. I started exhibiting heart attack symptoms. I really thought I wouldn't even make it long enough for an emergency landing. Then I remembered that I packed the Zenowell and I thought I may as well try. I put it on 5 (worried I would mess something up if I went higher) and my heart rate, while still unsafely fast, went down noticeably in one session. I ended up using the Zenowell for about 3 hours (with a shory break halfway through to recharge the device - it was still at 50% battery but I wanted to make sure) and it got my heart rate and blood pressure into healthy range in under an hour. I kept using it because my heart rate would go back up if I stopped. For the rest of my life, I will carry a Zenowell. I will be the biggest advocate for this product from now on. I am so, so glad I was wrong about it. I really don't think I would be there if I didn't have it. I still have to spit on it to make it work, because neither the gel nor water work for me (it's likely because the salinity in saliva makes it a better conductor, so saline water would probably be effective) but a little spit in my ear is worth my life lol. And, uh.... don't do "herbal relaxants" at 30,000 feet, kids. Just my advice.OLD REVIEW:I got this today, and I submitted the return same-day. It didn't work. However, thanks to the magic of the internet, I learned it's just because this is a very finicky machine. I had everything exactly like the manual showed and couldn't feel anything at all. If I hadn't decided to put my tongue on the electrode, I would have sent it back. But I did feel it on my tongue, which meant it was working. What I had to do was spit on it. Neither the gel nor water worked. So yeah, now I have spit in my ear but I can finally feel the stimulation. So when in doubt, hawk tuah and spit on that thang. I have it up at 25/30 but it's not painful. It's more of a vibration than anything. It will take at least a month to know if this device has any impact on my chronic insomnia. I'll update, or not, eventually.

Sleep quality, relaxation, glad I gave it a shot!!!
I’ve been using this device for a little over a week now, and honestly, I’m really impressed. I’ve had ongoing sleep issues and was looking for something other than relying only on pills—especially during busy work weeks when I’m clocking over 12 hours a day. The relax mode truly helps me wind down. I usually fall asleep within 20 minutes, which is a big deal for me.What’s even better is when I wake up in the middle of the night (which happens a lot), I use the sleep mode, and it helps me fall back asleep again. I’m still exploring all the features, but so far, I can say it’s totally worth the price. I’m actually really glad I gave it a shot. The battery life is also great—one charge lasts quite a while, which is super convenient. The ear piece takes a little time to get used to, but once you do, it’s pretty comfortable. So far, this has become my go-to way to relax after long, stressful days and to help me get deeper, better sleep. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re struggling like I was.

would not buy/there are better vagus nerve products out there
a lot of money but it doesn't really do anything- this I fourth vagus nerve device I have tried and I would rate it the worst out of the 4 and that only one that had no impact. it also leaves an annoying white noise in your ear- I was hoping there would be either music or silence but the in between in very irritating. I also did not read (this part is my mistake for not reading in advance) that you have to use a gel conductor for your ear and that was very uncomfortable to have this goop in my ear after.

Works smoothly and effectively, will recommend to friends and family
I grew up having no problem falling asleep, so despite having studied neuroscience I never thought of trying Vagus Nerve Stimulator before. But my wearable devices kept showing me very low quality sleeping score, so when a friend recommended this brand to me I decided to give it a go.I enjoyed the ear electrode design which fits really well, and the sleek black color also suits my aesthetics.Apart from falling asleep faster and smoother, I did notice my mood swings become better during day time, and I find myself calmer and less agitated overall. It's what I tried to achieve through herbal teas, meditation and yoga but seems to be more effective.Seeing some reviews of how this could help with focus at work, productivity and fatigue in travels, I will bring this with me on flights and test more.
