These insoles are just as good the $45 ones I bought from my orthopedic if not better and much better than the $20 ones I bought from Walmart and better than the $35 ones I bought from Macy’s. They fit perfectly into my Hoka sneakers without any trimming. They’re super comfortable, breathable and help me feel supported in my arch. I’m definitely going to buy these again. It’s best value for my money. It relieves all of my foot pains. It’s bouncy and the cushion is perfect so the impact of the pavement doesn’t affect my inflammation from plantar fasciitis therefore the shock absorption is great. The thickness is perfect so it doesn’t overcrowd my shoes. I bought a size 8 women’s and it’s true to size. They fit my feet perfectly. I bought $80 Powerstep slip on slippers and that was a waste of money bc I’m really just paying for the brand name. $10 is really a bargain for these orthotic insoles.
