Don't let the 40 watts fool you, it is more than enough power for ceiling/wall speakers to get loud. **Q: can I power 5 different rooms each with its own volume controller?** A: Yes. However the position on the rear of the unit and their small size makes them better suited for initial trim and adjustments rather than constant altering.
