These work for the Remington r1?

Will work with any 1911 mag with pre drilled base plates

will these fit a micro 380?

These pads were designed for a .45ACP, I doubt they will fit the .380 mag But with a little sanding I think you can make it work.

Will This work ON ruger 1911 9mm magazine?

If the base is drilled it should fit if not yo would have to drill the corresponding holes. I put these on Springfield factory mags and a couple of no name mags I had.

I ordered this item 9 days ago with Prime and it still hasn’t been shipped, is this normal?

No, prime time is 3 days delivery guaranty unless is not prime.
