Useful product to have if suffering from pain in joints, muscles
Very useful for joint pains, pain in back, knee, shoulder. Apply castor oil on the affected area & expose the area to infrared lamp. Gives excellent relief.

Paid extra 2500 Rs. as the bulb stopped working after 15 days which is not covered under warranty
I believe in Philips product,There are lot of Infrared Lamp on Amazon portal but I prefered Philips HP3621/01 InfraCare Infrared Lamp (White).I bought it in Rs 6000. Which was under some offer. It did work for 10-11 days but post that the Lamp stopped working.I had contacted to Philips Service center for the issue. I got an information that Bulb must have been fused. Service executive asked us to pay the charges 2500 Rs for the bulb. I asked him how can you conclude the bulb is fused. he said he is just gusessing. I asked him to send someone to check the issue. One executive came to our house and said bulb is not working rest all is fine. but now I have to pay 2500 Rs for replacing bulb. I said the device is under warranty. he said bulb doesn't included in warranty,The customer care exprience is very pathetic as no one responds on call. I will request Philips to improve the service.The product is Germany made but I don't expect such cheap quality bulb in such product.Be aware while purchasing it online. I am considering this is kind of cheating online customer as no machin stops working in 15 days. nothing against Philps but there should be some quality check of the product before selling it to customer. I am not willing to purchase any of the Philips product online. due to this.Either this is sellers issue or Philips Low Grade online products issues.Stop buying product from this seller. I don't find this seller Genuine.Will post the images for the product I purchased.
