Works well, but keep a few things in mind...
This is a good system for small areas, but you need to be aware of a few things. First, if you have never used anything like this and don't know anything about the process of color-sanding and polishing, you may have unrealistic expectations for this tool. It will not remove orange peel or deep scratches. It does an excellent job of polishing a surface that has nothing more than swirl marks. That's all it's designed to do. I had a run-in with my garage door frame which resulted in white paint on a dark blue car. To remove the paint, you need a more aggressive system than this (Meguiar's makes pads and compounds for that). Once I had the paint removed, this system did a very nice job of taking out the remaining swirl marks. My first attempts were unsuccessful. Note that the polish says "shake well." My bottle was completely full and until I emptied a little out and shook the bottle well, it would not do anything. Once shaken (not stirred) it worked very well. And I was only using an 850 rpm drill, so it took a little longer.

Misleading and overpriced for what it is
Be aware: this is $13 for a tiny bottle of polish and a buffing pad. It says that in the description, but in several places it also suggests that the dual action polishing attachment is included. There is nothing "dual action" about this product, so calling it a dual action power pack is an outright lie. I believe it is deliberately misleading since nobody in their right mind would pay $13 for a piece of foam and a tiny bottle of polish that isn't enough to polish even a single vehicle. Also, the dual action attachment (for YOUR drill, sold separately) is $60, making it 2-3 times the price of many other real polishing devices on amazon. This product isn't returnable so when you realize your mistake, it's too late. Stay away from Meguiars "dual action" products as they are a deliberately misleading overpriced rip off. Just get the big bottle of polish instead and buy a real DA polisher.

Works on smooth plastic trim
My car has "piano black" plastic trim at the B pillar, and the stuff is a scratch magnet. The dealership scratched it all up before I even bought it, and it's only gotten worse. A few minutes work with the Polish and admittedly the wrong tool, and the fine scratches are all gone. I'll get a better tool and the compound next to get the deeper scratches, but highly recommended none the less.

OK, but a lot of effort for a little reward
Not great fro taking out surface swirls, but does add a little extra gloss vs waxing alone on my black Infiniti. I could see the difference as the black looked very rich and deep versus a section I just waxed for comparison. Takes a good amount of effort to do an entire car, the reason why you hire a professional to do this! I was hoping to get rid of some swirls, but that didn't happen. Need to get a different compound.

READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY - IT"S ONLY 4OZ!
I should have read it more clearly; the wax included is only a small 4 ounce bottle. You can get the standard size at Walmart for $7.99 and buy two polishing pad for $10.00. Instead you pay $12.99 for the a 4 ounce wax and one pad, while you can pay $8.00 for a full size bottle and another $10 for two pads..

Works great on my dark grey tucson.
I have the meguiars buffer that you attach to a power drill. This pad attaches to that and it worked great. Very durable. I had no issues with it not staying in place. The polish did its job and got ride of swirl marks on my dark grey Tucson

I like this product
I like this product. it worked well. I used it with the full DA power system, and the results were good. It got out all of the light scratches, but the deeper ones have been made less visible, but still there if you look closely at it.
