Would this be suitable for the very heavy Swift Basecamp Vango awning ?

It should be. We've got a huge Kampa air awning and with both of us putting it on our Swift Elegance Grande caravan it's made life much easier. We really struggled the first time we used the awning and dreaded our next trip. I did a spot of research and found this. Highly recommend.

Does it work on all kampa pro awnings i have air pro 260 2015

It will work with any awning that has a ring at the end of the tape that fits onto the awning rail. Have a look at the video on YouTube. It is a simple aplication of pulleys multiplying force applied.

Does it come with good instructions?

Reasonable instructions and there are some good user guides on You Tube. Definitely recommended for one person Awning work

i only have use of one arm/hand would this work for me

It would depend on the size of the caravan, no problem with a small caravan, with a large van then you may need two people anyway.
