Perfect for Halloween
I searched high and low for a diy halloween miniature house to no avail. So my search turned to finding a nice little house that could be turned into a spooky, haunted miniature house. This kit was perfect for a transformation. All the furniture got painted to look distressed and spooky as was the exterior of the house. I dyed some of the fabrics to look old and weathered and added some of my own fabrics too. I printed off some spooky wallpaper and pictures for the wall and frames, and added some scary figurines made of polymer clay. The kit came with everything in the box including glue and tweezers (But I needed to buy more glue). Not one piece was missing. The house was relatively easy to put together and very sturdy. The instructions were very easy to follow and in english. This was a fun time-consuming, hobby during the pandemic. Much better than a puzzle. Happy Halloween 🎃

Beautiful and very difficult
After making 7 different DIY miniature dollhouse kits, this one is my favorite. The details are beautiful. This is the only kit so far that had a fireplace, or a car, or the garden bench seats around the table with the umbrella. The two dogs included are also super cute. I would have preferred if a sink for the bathroom had been included instead of the piano. What made this so difficult was the electrical wiring. It took me at least 25 hours to get them to work. Almost all of them had to be spliced and extended. And the wiring is at the bottom of the house so I had to flip the house on its side to get underneath to the wires. Tip: don't attach the steps out side until you get the wiring right. I had to order roll of electrical tape to join all the wires. It was all worth it. Great new hobby keeping me entertained these quarantine months staying at home. I included some photos so you can see the on/off switch for the lights is just outside the back doors on the deck.

It’s a bit tricky but well made. I like that a lot of the wiring is hidden under wallpaper.
I dislike that I forgot to wire in the lamp post with the rest of the wiring, hence I need get another battery. They directions aren’t great so it’s not for a beginner. I did expect to have pieces missing but so far everything is accounted for. I’m adding my own flourishes, particularly with the greenery. I don’t much like what was provided. Wiring is a bit tricky and I needed to bore holes to make room for the wires there are so many. Be sure to mark positive and negative when splicing or you’ll be in trouble. Fortunately, unlike some others I’ve done, they colored the positive and negative wires consistently. That made the wiring pretty straight forward. There’s lots of it, and one light at the top floor, outside decided not to work, and there’s no way to get to it without tearing up the house and wall paper...

Nice quality
I love the full house kits. This one has clear instructions and the quality was good. The kit did not come with any of the normal supplies (scissors, knife, ruler etc…all the other kits come with and for the price of the kit…it should have. Not a big deal for those who do these kits often but would suck for someone who doesn’t have the essentials on hand. I made this one Christmas theme but you could easily customize it to fit your likes. Super cute!

Just the right amount of challenge
I love this! Great way to spend a rainy afternoon. It is a lot of little pieces but if you take your time and have the right tools (tweezers, exacto knife are a must), you can do this! The directions are mostly pictures which I found just fine but I have assembled a couple of doll houses and furniture and am good at things like this. I get that it might be a bit of a challenge for someone who’s never done this before but that’s part of the fun! I found the set to be complete. If you take it on - enjoy!!

Very flimsy
The little car was cute. We ended up not finishing this and tossing it. Alot of cardboard and flimsy material. Had to find a video online to even know the directions.

2 story beauty
This kit is very pretty when completed. The lighting was a challenge and I had to take stairs apart to hide wire of bedroom chandelier because I put roof on last. Missing deer head and blue flowers for bedroom. Emailed for parts and material to remake the bed. Got to the end and couldn’t find it. Cats???? Haven’t heard back but it’s only been a few days. The detail inside and out is unmatched in any other miniature I’ve seen.

Fun project for adults
This was a fun, challenging at times, project. It is not for kids as it requires a lot of patience. It took me two months to finish at a rate of about 10 hours a week. Test that all the light bulbs work before you use them as you can't replace them once you proceed with house assembly and crafting. Overall it was an enjoyable project that you can lose yourself in if you like crafting and building small things.

The box arrived damage and due to some reviews saying they were missing pieces, I went through each and every piece to make sure it was there and it was. It is very detailed and a lot of tiny pieces. Some reviews say they’re missing walls but show pictures of all 4 walls. I posted a video of the structure so you can see what walls are included. There is no back to it. Maybe it’s a floor missing? There should be 3 floor pieces and two big roof pieces and a smaller roof pieces.
