First of all, I don't need color prints. My HP printer saves me money compared to an inkjet printer. And then finding these cartridges at an amazing price makes printing even more affordable. Compared to the brand-name HP cartridge, these print just as black, sharp, and the cartridge appears to print just as many pages. Sometimes the printer will complain that you have installed a non-HP cartridge, you can ignore that. The cartridge is just as easy to install as the name-brand one and the prints are smudge proof. Never will I buy brand name again!

These work perfectly in the laserjet pro MFO M426fdw and they save us so much money! For small business office printing, I use about 2 cartridges a year.

I did not think this was the correct printing cartridge as it looks different from the other ones. I contacted the supplier, they were very responsive. The cartridge is the correct one, you may need to give it a little wiggle, but it prints wonderfully, looks great. If everything works out, this will become my new go to ink supplier.

Had issues with toner. I emailed True Image Tech customer service and explained issue. They responded within 1 day or next day after I emailed the company. The 2nd day Customer Service representative said they will replaced the toners and provided tracking. After 3-4 days the replacement arrived. Very pleased with CS respond to email and understanding. No hassle. Communicated with live person. Also, the print quality and ink life is just as good as OEM.

At first I couldn't believe it - so I printed several PDFs and then word processing documents - it was crooked. Like 1/16" or 1/8" lower on one side than the other. I printed documents with horizontal lines and measured. I put back the old HP toner and it printed perfectly straight. It's not shaped like the HP toner, though it fits fine in the HP 426 multi function laser jet. It has a good darkness level, no smearing. But who can keep a toner that makes the paper pull slightly on one side to print crooked? Returning - too bad, it was a good price.

I ordered a 2-pack of this toner in June 2024 and used the first cartridge around then. It worked very well in my HP Laserjet M402 printer. The second one I used just last month, and the printer kept having jams in the paper path, which I eventually realized was because the second cartridge didn't fit well in the track where the cartridge slides into the printer. I wrote to TrueImage customer service, saying that I understand if it's too long ago to deal with and describing the problem. They reasonably asked for a video/photo of the jam, and then refunded me the purchase price the next day. I would have been happy had they refunded me just for one of the cartridges (because the first one worked fine), but they refunded me for both. Summary: Excellent cartridge and customer service
