My PCP suggested that I try Curcumin to possibly reduce joint pain in my hands and especially fingers. This works better than another Curcumin I tried. It's not a miracle drug but definitely reduces the pain in my fingers. I'm very pleased with the difference

Hello everyone. I’ve taken the recommended dose, (3 capsules). Although the pain in my knees subsided within a hour (and I remained pain free for two days), 12 hours later, I started vomiting and had a bad case of diarrhea for 6 hours and couldn’t eat for a day and a half. So, I decided to give it another try a week later. As of now, I’m only take one a day. The pain still subside within a hour. However, the pain comes back quite quickly. Also please be mindful if you have GERD.
