Absolutely delicious cacao. I use this powder because it's a really good grade. And It is not sweetened. I add some to my morning iced coffee, it blends really well with a milk frother. It's a great way to get B vitamins and vitamin K as well as others. In winter I add it to my hot coffee.

Good, though somewhat weak in taste. I find I need to use more of this for hot chocolate than I do with other brands.

I like this dark cocoa I buy full fat yogurt ,honey and this chocolate. It makes delicious pudding.

This is the most unbelievable product I’ve ever bought in the world of chocolate. I’ve been buying roughly 15 pounds of chocolate powder every year for over a decade usually from Ghirardelli, Hollander, and a few others usually the 2-3 pound canisters. And I have heard of Cocao but never really researched it until recently and found out that this company also offers non-alkaline and the extra ridiculous amount of health benefits when chocolate is organic and non-alkaline. So I ordered a pound earlier this month and August and it was probably the most amazing product I’ve ever ordered in the world of chocolate so I ordered the 1 pound times two over this weekend in mid August and just got it when they had a 10% subscribe sale and fortunately it expires in December 2027, which obviously won’t even last probably till the end of this year If you are a chocoholic, this is a must have. It is very strong, but not the bitter type that you find in super dark chocolate that’s 91%. I’ve been using it in baking already and I wish I knew about this 10 to 15 years ago I wanted to buy from other brands that offer better discounts in 2 pound and larger, but I didn’t want to take the risk since by the brands have said sometimes they have a greedy mixture or sometimes doesn’t mix well. This one mixes flawlessly and will probably buy another large volume if they have a crazy sale come black Friday, but hopefully in the future, they will offer a 2 pound bag I cannot recommend this enough It is a complete game changer and to top it off researching the difference between the healthiest chocolates that are still alkaline compared to this organic that does not have alkaline with far more nutritional value makes it a phenomenal product moving forward

Seems like good quality cacao, rich flavor and smell. But it’s not ground as consistently fine as some others I’ve had. It leaves little bits of chewy bean in fluids kind of like if coffee grounds get through the filter. I have used it in backing and to make icing and you don’t really notice it then but drinking it you definitely notice. Also I took a star because the packaging is pretty bad design. The long narrow bag with the tiny opening makes it almost impossible to scoop or measure without making a mess. You might need to put it in a different container.
