If you’re worried about flavor- don’t. It’s “healthy” in the cereal world and tastes like vanilla ice cream. Toss this stuff in some unsweetened vanilla almond milk, add a handful of blueberries and you don’t need it but if you must add some honey. Come find me later and tell me we can now be friends. Yw

Yummy, I am getting this cereal since I was recently diagnosed as diabetic. I wish I could get it for less. There is simply not enough diabetic food options on a tight budget.

Best price on internet. Its to expensive in stores. Wish they shipped more then 5 at a time. Great for low sugar patients.

Flavor too weak for this price
Love no sugar added products. Love cascadia farm products. So I thought this was a smash hit. Nope it barely has any flavor once milk is added. Definitely need to add your own cinnamon or berries to spruce it up. Very disappointed. The flavor of the bean is exceptional. Literally the best I've had. Thick, hearty flakes with heavy grain flavor. I would love it if it was marked as unflavored but vanilla is a lie.
