Excellent Customer Service and Quality Cuttings
I want to start by saying, SCAN THE QR CODE. The seller will explain all you need to know about these trees. The first set that came didn’t seem to take, all 5 of the cuttings. Probably something I did. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me 5 new cuttings. Both packages came in a sealed bag with a damp cloth around the bottom ends. Within about 3 days, they’ve rooted and have leaves coming in. Most, if not all nurseries will replace plants/cuttings if they don’t take the first time. I’ll be gifting a couple of the cuttings on my Buy Nothing Project group. Thanks again for taking care of me!

Not as Pictured
The picture isn't like the product I received. This picture implies that the tree can be trimmed to achieve a bonsai-like appearance. The leaf texture, spacing along the stem, and its overall appearance prevent the tree from being anything like the picture. I'm in zone 7b, which is well-within the range for growing the trees. The willows grew roots rapidly as promised. Even though they were well-rooted before planting and kept moist, they didn't continue growing, and eventually died.

Product arrival and setup!
I have only had product a couple weeks-It came with one thick trunk and 3 thin sticks-they recommended putting sticks in cup of water for a while but I put them in small bonsai pots and they are sprouting leaves all around. The thick trunk has some really good size branches already and I have it in a bigger bonsai pot. Time will tell but I am excited with the start and hoping for the best!!!

Very thirsty
Opened the box to discover 3 sticks. 1 thick and 2 thin. None had any roots or sprouts but I was hopeful. I disgarded the 2 thin and placed the thick stem in water. 3 days later, I had roots popping out all over. I waited another week and there were 5 stems growing with leaves sprouting all over. Instructions say wait about 3 weeks to plant but this guy clearly wanted his pot now. It is doing very well with lots of branches and thriving. Very beautiful BUT... IT MUST DRINK DAILY or the leaves begin to wilt. If you are planning a vacation, you will need to have someone tend to it as you would a pet. Very high maintenance but worth the time and effort. Very beautiful!

Not successful, don't order!
This was a real disappointment. I am a gardner and looked for a really nice specimen for the house. They all got roots and I purchased the recommended potting medium hoping for success. One promptly died, the thick trunk cuttting lasted the longest but never did get past a dew stringy limbs. I gave it a long time before dumping it. None of them amounted to any kind of a plant. I do not recommend this item.

Took quickly
Soaked main cutting and the extra two clippings overnight in water. Shoved main cutting into soaked and packed potted dirt the next day and it’s has about 10 total 4-inch branches growing in under a month. Loosely wrapped the two clippings with 1.5-2 inches of paper towel and shoved those into potted dirt - the paper towel helps sponge water for root growth. Both have leaves and one has 1-2cm of growth. I’ve read other reviews that it might not be the plant pictured… but whatever, it grows and roots. Will definitely add some winter green to the house. Zone 7b - been keeping outdoors for now for light and air exposure on shaded porch.
