White Avocet UPVC Door Butt Hinge Flat 115mm 0° Degrees

So our conservatory door feel off in a high wind (it was hanging on in there with only one hing to be fair). The conservatory was as old as our house (30yrs) so I was really worried about finding a replacement as some of the companies I called only sell the hingthey make for the products they sell. I went to the usual b & q, wicks etc but had no luck. When looking online there are many different types & even more confusing wildly different prices for what looked like the same product (size, shape & material) from different vendors. I needed to replace all three hinges & this company had the size & shape I needed & the price was good. Turns out they were almost like for like replacement. Fitting in the same wholes that were there when with the old hinges. Took a lot of effort to get to door back on (really bloody heavy) but it fits like a dream. Will take more than a gust of wind to take the door off again.

Had a pin missing so had to use an old one from the broken hinge sadly.

After my old UPVC door only opening about a third of the way due it having old hinges that couldn't be adjusted and catching on the floor - I got fed up of it in lockdown and decided the must be a way of fixing it without a new door - so 3 hinges and £15 spent and now my door opens well - almost keeps hitting us in the face, as not used to it opening easily lol. So five years of not being able to open my door without lifting it sorted for £15 - yes I'm very happy.Hubby said easy to fit, had to drill a couple of new holes as didn't all line-up but an easy fix.
