I purchased this phone for my elderly aunt. I made the mistake choosing the phone because I thought it was a Samsung S24 Ultra. Didn’t realize that until I had problems trying to transfer data from her old Samsung phone to this new phone. The phone was delivered to me on Dec 17th and on the 29th of Dec the phone went black and the posted picture is what happened next. The error message was the phone is corrupted and I was never able to get the phone on again to get it back to factory reset. Not a good pick for a new phone.

You should know that I went from an iPhone to this Samsung, so my review is maybe a little jaded. The camera is nowhere near as good as it is rated. I need a good camera because of selling my art online.

Not a s24 , knock off says Samsung nowhere on phone and when you turn it on it says welcome...

Phone being sold is not a S24. Phone has stopped working and when taken to the store for repair learned that the phone was a modified device with the processor of an s24. Phone is now useless and cannot be used. Stay away from this seller and this Phone. I now have to purchase a band new phone.

Was not compatible with my cell service company so returned it, so can't rate it fairly.

This item was counterfeit. It was not as advertized.

All the specs are completely a lie. No snapdragon 8 processor . I sent it back with haste
