Aliglow Ice Snow Grips Over Shoe/Boot Traction Cleat Spikes Anti Slip Footwear

These were absolutely essential for a recent trip to northern Norway where the pavements were really icy and slippery. They give a reassuring grip that you won't fall and hurt yourself. We saw plenty of people slipping over without these so if you are off to Norway or Iceland or somewhere like that, get a pair of these, as for the price they are well worth it. It's very useful to have a selection of spare 'studs' included as they do occasionally get dislodged and need replacing. They are very easy to replace if any studs do go missing. These may come in handy here in the UK if we get any really bad icy conditions during the winter.

I bought these for a 15 mile run that i had entered. A last minute buy due to the ice. For the price i am really impressed. They were really easy to put on and stayed in place for the full distance. They even came with some spare studs so I can replace any that get lost or worn. I'm a size 8 and bought the large size

These are brilliant. Just been on a 3 mile icy hike...no problem. I'm size 9 and ordered a large. They fit well and come with spare studs.

Works great in the ice . I feel much more secure and they are not heavy. I tried to slide in the kitchen as a test before the snow , not even a millimeter slipped .

Arrived on time but for my size 44 boots they don't reach the heel. Pephaps I should have gone for the extra large size. I am sure ir said for sizes 8 - 11 UK. Not the sellers fault at all, it was my choice.
