Good Bottle of Bitters-- Fresh and Tasty
This is a great alternative to regular aromatic bitters. It gives a nice little Creole kick that works very well in certain cocktails. I love it in a Sazerac, for instance. The bottle arrived promptly and the contents were fresh, so all's good in my bar.

Most Unique Flavor for Classic Cocktails
As a professional bartender I was always familiar with Angostura bitters for classic cocktails. It was the industry standard. Started getting requests for old school cocktails that listed Peychaud's as the tool. How different could it be?....Hah! VERY different. There is some alchemy between Pychaud's and bourbon or rye or whiskey or Scotch that I can't fathom....but it really is different. It's not a subtle difference like tomato vs toMAHtoe. It is a difference on the tongue, through the nose, and on the throat.....all at once. Anyhow....I will have a bottle of this on my shelf from now on.

Great
It makes the Chapman taste better, and reduces the sweetness to a more pleasant taste.

Not Bad
Interesting. I'd say it's good, although it's very strongly of anise. Very potent.
