5 GAL Armor SC25 Penetrating Concrete Sealer and Water Repellent Salt Guard

Put this down on a freshly poured concrete slab in my garage. Went on easy with a roller. Dried invisible within about 2 hours. 3 days later I threw some water down and it beaded right up! Definitely would recommend!

We received the product 2 days before the estimated time. We applied the coat to the concrete by following the instruction. It really prevents water from soaking in. Really love it!

Armor concrete sealer is the ideal product for my type of environment which is on a salt water canal in Florida. This sealer stands up to the riggors of salty fog,dew & wave splashing. As it requires no mixing it is easy to just load the pump sprayer and layer it on the concrete. Covers very well and lasts quite a long time. Easy water cleanup if necessary.

This sealer is easy to apply with a LPHV sprayer and lasts from 3 to 5 years. It also didn’t change the color of my concrete. I had leaf stains when I applied it but they went away after the sun bleached the stains out.

I have a 100 year old bungalow in Chicago, with a 50-60 year old slab patio next to the house. 25 years ago we added a semi-circular concrete slab to the older one, expanding the patio. Been loving it all this time but finally made the mistake of really looking at the patio. Pretty much green with algae . Since May and June of 2020 gave me lots of free time, I scrubbed both patios with 30 second cleaner (also a fine product), wire brushed the many spots where the algae was "barnacled" to the concrete and finished the whole thing with a power wash. Looked really good so I decided to seal it. Researched online and decided to go with a water based siliconate penetrating sealer. Foundation Armor SC25 was frequently recommended online so I bought 5 gallons.IT WAS DELIVERED IN 2 DAYS! But the best parts were yet to come. Used a paint roller for super easy application. Panicked briefly when all manner of imperfections in the patio popped out when wetted.Within a few hours, the patio zits all disappeared and the color normalized between the two patio surfaces.(amazing since they are at least 25 years apart in age)This morning my wife spilled a bucket of water on the deck and it ran off like it was a ducks back!Great product, great service. I purchased this to seal about 1000 sq. ft. of newly poured concrete around my house. So far it has worked great! the water runs down very quickly and does not absorb into the concrete. Very happy with the results

I used the basic SC25 product a few years ago and was satisfied with the product durability and performance. I decided to switch to the "Salt Guard" variant to see how it works. It applies just as easily as the base product. I use a regular Garden Sprayer after power washing the drive first. I'll see whether the salt gaurd makes a diffirence this winter.
