It was not as sticky as other tape, some tapes I can wear for a week but this tape can maybe last two days. However it got the job done and was affordable. I tape my foot daily for accessory navicular syndrome and it has changed my ability to move. It doesn’t hurt to remove this tape and it was supportive. I really love how the precut strips make taping faster in the morning.

These do not stick quite as well as Rocktape, but I rather appreciate that. They last for the day, then come off fairly easily with some body wash during a shower. I’ve used it with good results for my knee and feet.

Too sticky than normal K-T tapes.

Says it's latex free but caused blisters and peeled skin off within 12 hours. Awful. Do not buy. Leaves tons of residue when peeled off and doesn't even stick!!

This tape is too thick. Definitely not as good as KT tape.The edges don't stick so it lifts off. I had to keep trimming edges through out the day. I used it on my wrist. MY work better for another body part that doesn't have so much use.Also the glue made me itch after wearing it for about 10 hours. I can't return. Will try it for my ankle and see if I have better luck.

Struggle with foot pain only thing that gives me relife.

I have been using kinesiology tape daily for the last several months to aid recovery in the top of my foot. The brand tape can be quite expensive, so I decided to try an off brand, and saw this one on Amazon.I like the colors very much, and the fabric feels nice. It's soft, edible and has good elasticity.However, the adhesive is a hit or miss. I have used about half of the package so far, and I have been unable to use about a third of them. I anchor them down before stretching, and then rub them down to make them seal with friction, but most of them start to peel up almost immediately when I move, and have rolled up and come loose within a about 2 hours.These look like a great deal for the money, but they really aren't very reliable.
