It was not as sticky as other tape, some tapes I can wear for a week but this tape can maybe last two days. However it got the job done and was affordable. I tape my foot daily for accessory navicular syndrome and it has changed my ability to move. It doesn’t hurt to remove this tape and it was supportive. I really love how the precut strips make taping faster in the morning.

I have worked in sports medicine for over 20 years and have been using kinesiotape for as many years. For most of those years I was a KT and Rock Tape loyalist. But this tape sticks really well and I can keep it on at least 3-4 days at a time. Give it a try and I'm sure you'll love it, as well!

We bought these precut strips after using the roll. The backs on these do not peel off as easy as the rolls. These seem to stick better and the ends are rounded. Both tapes work well to provide stability and ease pain.

This product simply doesn't work. The adhesion is poor, and when you try to stretch the tape—like KT tape is supposed to be used—it peels off. I couldn't complete a full workout without the tape coming off. I suggest you don't waste your time and money on this; instead, invest in a quality product.

This is a great set of kinesiology tape. The pre-cut pieces are of a good length. The colors are bright and fun. It sticks well to your skin... Almost a little too well! But it sticks tight and is stretchy which is what you're looking for. A good set of pre-cut tape at a great price!

I cut them in half lengthwise and use them to wrap my trigger finger. They are very flexible and the tape is non irritating. I just bought a second package.
