The blue piece does not hold the camera steady! It is real wobbly and hard to get a good angle. I do not have a picture of me using it, but I cannot get my phone out of the shot. I will have to overlay graphics on top of it to make that work. I have cleaned this mirror inside and out over and over and have come to realize that the white marks are imperfections in the mirror itself. This thing is a complete piece of trash and not worth buying!

Exactly what I needed for course creation using my iPhone. The controls on the remote are not super fast responding, but I am usually able to get the click of the button out in post.

Es práctico y fácil de instalar. Se debe hacer un balance para que el peso de la cámara no levante demasiado el soporte de la tablet. Me parece un buen producto. El problema que tengo es con la aplicación y el control. La aplicación es poco confiable. Se congela a veces. Es lenta para cargar los archivos. El mando no responde al 100 %. A veces hay que oprimir el botón varias veces. No he logrado hacer que funcione con otras apps. Espero encontrar una mejor app y que se sincronice con el mando.

I ordered this to shoot a course with a and it worked great! Unfortunately the photographer went home with the hardware pieces (the screw for the cell phone holder and the adjustable mount). Is there anyway to buy just those?

This is a 5***** rating - and a 1* rating at the same time. The 1* is for the remote control included with the product because the remote exclusively works with the app by the manufacturer - which I wouldn't mind, but THE APP DOESN'T EXCIST in the app store! SO the remote is completely useless! The prompter gets 5***** though! 1) The GEIMRSY is a wee bit smaller than the ElGato, but still big enough to easily prompt from your phone or tablet 2) The ElGato works as a "second monitor" which is great if you want to do Zoom calls thru the prompter. But the price you have to pay for that functionality is that you have to deal with a (IMO) really terrible software that comes with it (the reason why I returned the ElGato Prompter). 3) The picture quality of the GEIMRSY is just as good as the ElGato - but it's only a fifth of the price! 4) The installation was as easy as it was with the ElGato. and the product quality overall is also comparable. Bottom line: If you, like me, don't need your prompter for Zoom calls (so you can actually look the people on the other side of the call in the eye), the GEIMRSY is a fraction of the cost compared to the ElGato. I'm happy that I 've returned the ElGato and use this one now, as it does the same job, but way more conveniently (as I don't have to deal with the terrible ElGato software...)

Solucion al problema del programa S-TELEPRONTER simplemente descarguen la priemera version del programa la 1.2.2 y listo funciona a la perfeccion la ultima version its garbage jejejeje

I bought this in February. I later had to reinstall my iPad and the teleprompter app is no longer there. When I go to look for it using the QR code in the manual it says it's not available. I'm left here paying again for something I already paid for.
